As we know, 2016 is US. - China Tourism year. We are pleased to unite Chinese community, destinations, CVB, and travel agents to get connected and insight of valuable information about each other. On March 13, 2016, North America Travel Show was held by UAP Media, LL Tour and sponsored by World Journal.
The show started by the ribbon ceremony, thousands of people came to Mudan Banquet Hall to learn about the travel tips and explore domestic/ international hot spots, activities, and plan their favorite escapes. Following by various raffles and performance, the atmosphere became lively and jubilant as the show getting toward to the end.
The feature of North America Travel Show is Chinese-English bilingual interaction service. Each exhibitor had a translator to welcome Chinese customers. The co-founder of L&L tour, Jack Lok mentioned, the show is to build the bridge between Chinese tourists, immigrants, attractions and Convention & Visitors Bureau. Since the Chinese outbound tourism is increasing every year, we are expecting to provide the best service for our destinations and Chinese visitors.
According to the Director of Philanthropy from the Wild Center: National History Museum of the Adirondacks, Hillarie Logan-Dechene, “we are aware of the importance of Chinese market, so we hope to offer more information to Chinese customers through this show to reach out the Chinese market.”
The president & CEO at Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation, Ronald Holgerson even pointed out, China is now Canada’s second largest source of tourists. In order to attract more Chinese tourists to visit Ontario, their team visit Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang and Guangzhou many times to understand Chinese market.
Nowadays, Chinese tourists require high-tech service and the quality of the trip. With more Chinese visiting North America, the destinations and attractions are also getting ready for these arrival tourists. Overall, Chinese market plays an important role in the tourism industry.
